Deleting your account

You can delete your account two ways:

1. In the Boppr app: open the Menu tab, tap Delete Account, then confirm.
2. Here: sign in above, tap Delete Account, then confirm.

You're signed out at once, and your data is deleted within a few minutes. It can't be undone. A Pro subscription is billed by Apple or Google: cancel it in your store account.

What's deleted

• Your sign-in (email and password)
• Your profile at boppr.me, with its name, photos, contact info and links
• Your leads and their notes, and lead imports
• Profile views and link analytics
• Connections: your profile is taken back from everyone you shared it with
• Your App Clip card and notification tokens
• Your tags and username, which are freed for someone else

What's kept

• A record that your account ID was deleted, with no name or email, so the cleanup can be run again if it fails
• Leads other people saved when you shared your profile. They belong to those people; your profile link is removed from them
• Purchase records kept by Apple, Google and our subscription provider, RevenueCat, for billing and tax, as long as the law requires
• App usage and purchase events sent to Meta for ad measurement, kept under Meta's data policy
